workout today
today I did the crossfit workout of the day, “angie”:
100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
25:50. the pullups ate up most of my time, took me about 12 minutes to do 100. part of this was I was trying to be strict about locking my elbows out at the end, and it was hard to get into a good rhythm doing this. anyways, not a terrible time but I can do a lot better.
in other news, I saw “the sting” this weekend, such an awesome movie. probably one of my favorite movies ever actually.
